It has been an eye opening challenging weekend for me but I can put another check mark in the box on my list of steps that I have to go through to become a certified group fitness instructor.
This weekend I went through 18 hours of some really grueling training that I did not think I was going to be able to complete. But it is amazing what our bodies can do when we just push and when we REALLY want something!!
