When I lived in Oak Park, Illinois I had a trainer who I credit for helping me enjoy working out. Her enthusiasm, knowledge, and beautiful spirit is contagious. She makes you want to workout, work more, work harder.....to reach your goals. Her name is Allegra Feamster and she has started a company called "The Body Beautiful by Allegra".
It's all about discovering your authentic self and your inner beauty and becoming healthy and strong. I love it because again it's about loving yourself first!!
